Faith in the Future

I’ve just published an article about a nonprofit organization that assists faith communities on issues such as energy conservation and climate change. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with anxiety about humanity’s impact on the environment, and I believe religious institutions should inspire us to hope that we can reverse the damage that’s been done.

  1. Oh amen and amen. When I was a scripture teacher I emphasised that care for the environment and the world is one of the precepts of being a God Person. Trashing, polluting, issues of climate change etc etc all get back to human responsibility. Each person MUST in 2018 be responsible for their own actions and by these actions influence others. (dare I suggest here this is in behaviour in the street and all other aspects of human interaction with each other and with the world ie planet around us.
