[Today’s prompt from the Daily Post: Loophole]

If a real estate developer gets a tax break for building low-income housing, and multinational companies can avoid paying US taxes by storing profits in offshore accounts, shouldn’t multinational real estate developers use the money they earn overseas to build shelters for American citizens who lose their homes when the federal government forecloses their loans?

  1. Absolutely! Unfair totally unfair is life for many. Starving children in third world countries when the governments and friends around live in unnecessary wealth and excesses We have properties in Oz foreclosed by the banks and hereditary owners driven out and then multi-national mineral explorers funded by the banks with Government support moving in. Thanks for blog and expression of truth.
